For our bespoke travel planning services, we charge a flat fee that is clearly defined upfront. Initial consultations are complimentary.

Direct payment to service providers or product owners (e.g., sellers, tour operators, legal firms) is standard. We may offer payment facilitation to expedite these transactions with trusted partners, especially for last minute requests.
What is JustPlan Italy’s liability regarding the services provided?
JustPlan Italy acts as a facilitator, connecting you with service providers. As outlined in our terms and conditions, the service provider exempts JustPlan Italy from any civil and criminal liability for the services and activities you directly undertake with them.
